Used condition. The barrel is marked “P MP 5.56 NATO 1/7” and on the carry handle above the rear sight it is marked “P A” (Capco’s mark). These uppers were manufactured under military contract in the late 1990’s to upgrade the US Coast Guard’s and the US Air Force’s M16a1s to M16A2s with part sets supplied by Capco. These will have scratches and handling marks. No BCG or CH.
